Welcome to my kitchen, where I embrace a ‘go against the grain’ philosophy. My sourdough journey started back in 2018, my sister gifted me a starter from Spain. I gave her a name (Mamacita) learned how to feed her and I've been hooked ever since. What began as a chore turned into a hobby and passion I love to share. During the pandemic, I found joy in giving out starters and tips to friends, who quickly caught the sourdough bug. Now, I’m excited to bring that same enthusiasm to you—let’s bake something beautiful together!
